HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A CLASS OR A SITTER?

If possible, we recommend booking at least 3 days in advance so that we can ensure availability and have time to prepare a class or activities. The earlier you book the more prepared we will be! If we have less than 3 days notice, we will still do our best to meet your needs, but we cannot guarantee availability or the kind of personalized preparation we strive to provide.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE USE?

At the moment, only cash is accepted. We are working on setting up virtual methods of payment for the near future.

CAN I MEET THE SITTER IN ADVANCE?

Of course. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, a formal meeting in person is not ideal. However, a virtual meeting via Zoom or a phone call can be arranged to get to know the sitters.

DO I GET THE SAME SITTER EVERY TIME?

Ideally, yes. Each of us lives in a different part of Buenos Aires, so you will usually get the sitter that lives closes to you. However, if that sitter is unavailable, another one of us will be able to replace her and you will be notified with anticipation.

HOW DOES THE CURRENT PANDEMIC (COVID-19) AFFECT OUR SERVICES AND PRICES?

Due to the current situation, we will try to accommodate our services to our customers’ wishes as much as we can. Virtual teaching and sitting will be put first, but we also offer services in person at a slightly higher price, taking into account the necessary regulations and safety precautions established by the Argentine government at the moment.
